1.This machine is designed to print on the picture frame.The roller is made by silicon, one on the each side of the machine (left and right). The angle is adjustable.(Base on the concept of 130 degree.)
2.Equipped one air cylinder on the top part of the roller head. The horizontal level of the rubber roller is adjustable.
3.Equipped the press-wheel on the two sides of the roller head, in order to make sure that the printing object (picture frame) not rises when printing, and equipped 8 motive roller on the base plate!!
4.The speed of the motive roller is adjustable, the maximum capacity could reach to 6-7M per min, and the normal capacity could reach to 3-4m per min.
5.Equipped the temperature controller, and roller protection device.
6.If equipped the shelf for stick the pepper, it could make a process like “stick on” (Just like a sticker.)
7.It could run the machine by Manuel model and Auto model.
